1. Introduction and Scope

Hirz (حِرص) Personal Management App ("the App") is owned and operated by the Kareem Tech team. We are committed to the highest standards of data protection. This policy outlines our transparent practices regarding data collection and processing, specifically designed to comply with Google Play’s Productivity and Personal Management policies.

2. Nature of Data and Manual Entry

Hirz operates on the principle of "User Data Sovereignty":

  • Manual Input: All data related to expenses, debts, or commitments is entered manually by the user. The App does not integrate with any Banking APIs and does not fetch real-time data from financial institutions.

  • Personal Identifiers: The App does not require registration of real names, national IDs, or official financial documents. Numbers are treated as organizational text entries only.

3. Technical Permissions and Purpose

The App requests specific optional permissions to enhance user experience:

  • Camera: Used exclusively for the "Receipt Scanning" feature (OCR) to convert printed text into digital entries. Images are not stored or transmitted to any third party.

  • Microphone: Used for processing voice commands into text entries. Audio is processed momentarily (on-device or ephemerally) and is never recorded or stored on our servers.

  • SMS: An optional feature to assist users in "organizing and logging" their own transaction notifications within the app interface to facilitate manual entry.

4. AI Processing and Data Privacy

When utilizing AI features (e.g., receipt scanning or voice input):

  • Data is anonymized and stripped of any identifiers before processing.

  • We utilize Ephemeral Processing, meaning data is not retained in cloud databases after the specific task is completed.

5. Data Security and Storage

  • Local Storage: By default, all data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted format.

  • Backup: If you opt for cloud backup, files are transmitted via secure protocols (TLS/SSL) to ensure end-to-end encryption.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We strictly do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising agencies or third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Legal Disclaimer

The user acknowledges that Hirz is a personal digital diary only. The App:

  1. Does not provide loan services or financial brokerage.

  2. Does not facilitate bank account openings or real-world financial transfers.

  3. Does not provide investment advice or cryptocurrency trading.

7. User Rights and Contact

1. تمهيد ونطاق السياسة

تعتبر خصوصية بياناتك المالية الشخصية أولوية قصوى لفريق Kareem Tech. تم تصميم تطبيق "حِرص" (Hirz) كأداة إنتاجية (Productivity Tool) مخصصة للتدوين اليدوي وتنظيم الميزانية الشخصية. تهدف هذه السياسة إلى شرح ممارساتنا في معالجة البيانات بما يتوافق مع معايير متجر جوجل بلاي والقوانين الدولية لحماية البيانات.

2. طبيعة البيانات والجمع اليدوي

يتمحور تطبيق "حِرص" حول مبدأ "السيادة على البيانات":

  • الإدخال اليدوي: جميع البيانات المتعلقة بالمصروفات، الديون، أو الالتزامات يتم إدخالها بواسطة المستخدم يدوياً. التطبيق لا يرتبط بأي واجهات برمجية بنكية (APIs) ولا يسحب بيانات حقيقية من مؤسسات مالية.

  • البيانات الشخصية: لا يطلب التطبيق تسجيل الاسم الحقيقي، رقم الهوية، أو أي بيانات رسمية. يتم التعامل مع الأرقام كمدخلات نصية تنظيمية فقط.

3. الأذونات التقنية والغرض منها

يطلب التطبيق أذونات محددة لتعزيز تجربة المستخدم، وهي أذونات اختيارية تماماً:

  • الكاميرا: تُستخدم حصراً لميزة "مسح الفواتير" (OCR) لتحويل النصوص المطبوعة إلى نص رقمي يسهل تدوينه. لا يتم تخزين الصور أو إرسالها لأي جهة.

  • الميكروفون: يُستخدم لمعالجة الأوامر الصوتية وتحويلها إلى سجلات نصية. يتم معالجة الصوت لحظياً ولا يتم تسجيله أو تخزينه في خوادمنا.

  • الرسائل النصية (SMS): ميزة اختيارية لمساعدة المستخدم على "قراءة وتنظيم" إشعاراته الشخصية داخل واجهة التطبيق لتسهيل عملية التدوين اليدوي.

4. معالجة البيانات عبر الذكاء الاصطناعي

عند استخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل قراءة الفواتير أو الإدخال الصوتي):

  • يتم تجريد البيانات من أي معلومات تعريفية قبل المعالجة.

  • تتم المعالجة بشكل مؤقت (Ephemeral Processing)؛ مما يعني أن البيانات لا تُحفظ في قواعد بيانات السحابة بعد انتهاء العملية المطلوبة.

5. أمن وتخزين البيانات

  • التخزين المحلي: المبدأ الأساسي هو تخزين بياناتك على ذاكرة جهازك فقط بشكل مشفر.

  • النسخ الاحتياطي: في حال اختيارك للنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي، يتم نقل الملفات عبر بروتوكولات تشفير آمنة (TLS/SSL) لضمان عدم اعتراضها.

  • عدم المشاركة: نلتزم التزاماً قطعياً بعدم بيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة بياناتك مع أي شركات إعلانية أو أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تجارية.

6. إخلاء مسؤولية قانوني

يقر المستخدم بأن تطبيق "حِرص" هو مفكرة رقمية شخصية فقط. التطبيق:

  1. لا يقدم خدمات قروض أو وساطة مالية.

  2. لا يقوم بفتح حسابات بنكية أو تنفيذ تحويلات مالية حقيقية.

  3. لا يقدم نصائح استثمارية أو تداول عملات.

7. حقوق المستخدم والتواصل
